With Novartis its established but my work is not client facing its an software for research scientists internal app , money wise RSU (current valuation at 70$) got vested for 3 years with 15% per year and also i got 20% Short term incentives

I feel datarobot would be exciting as a company to work for rather than novartis

It depends on company too right ? Also depends on position you are applying . 10 years Ayina mid level ki cheste vere package and staff position ayite vere package .Comcast ayite I would stay in 135k range . Philly is not an expensive place too .
