POE lo minimum entha visa validity undali... only 3 months validity unte emanna problem avvudha at POE? friend came back to us recently with 1 week validity. his extension was still pending with uscis for approval at that time. he was asked about that.. he said i am fine with 1 week of i94 my extension is pending. he was given i94 for 1 week and his employer converted extension to premium next day and got new i94 by the end of week. MRI Posted July 23, 2018 Report Posted July 23, 2018 but one thing to be aware of is if you i797 is being processed.. you need to submit a change with new I94.. or else you are out of status in two days.. na case lo nenu overseas vunnappudu i797 vachindi.. nenu country lopalaki vachi adi teesukuni malli ventaney vellipoyanu..
