They won't have access to loans even if they spent their lonely time honing skills that are far superior to the avg worker in their field - for those people who think merit trumps everything

They won't have access to decent healthcare in most of america. Western and Northern Europe is better.

They will not be allowed to be a productive member of society.

Seriously ? This is news to me . :o

How is that the case? Loans why? Healthcare why?

Trans people were always discriminated without any legal consequences with regards to access to loans, since the Equal Credit Opportunity Act passed in 1974 didn't include sexual orientation, and gender as grounds of discrimination that will attract penalty.

It was amended 3yrs ago, in an underhanded way without discussion, and now its illegal to deny them loans. - includes all sorts of loans.

access to healthcare is affected in middle america is states where there are huge cuts to healthcare budget, and most of trans are poor and can't afford private healthcare, nor can find jobs that can give them access to it.

how is it news? How many trans friends do you have?

I have plenty, many of who have migrated from the US to Canada just because access to healthcare is better in Canada.

Netherlands, and to an extent Germany, and Sweden are the best places to be Trans. in the entire world.

They are denied loans. It is a fact. recently it became a federal offence to do that, but still people find ways to deny them loans.

your friends, if they are well connected, they may not face it. I'm talking about trans (not gay/lesbian) who are mostly from lower income households, and have zero access to anything that modern society can offer.

India lo now they are getting oppurtunities but most of them are from mafia background..entering politics.

they still do some work to win..but poor people which constitute 90% of their population are still abused.
