It was amended 3yrs ago, in an underhanded way without discussion, and now its illegal to deny them loans. - includes all sorts of loans. access to healthcare is affected in middle america is states where there are huge cuts to healthcare budget, and most of trans are poor and can't afford private healthcare, nor can find jobs that can give them access to it. It is a fact. recently it became a federal offence to do that, but still people find ways to deny them loans. your friends, if they are well connected, they may not face it. I'm talking about trans (not gay/lesbian) who are mostly from lower income households, and have zero access to anything that modern society can offer. Quote
