Mozilla claims Google has made YouTube perform worse on Edge and Firefox

Mozilla's Technical Program Manager has suggested that Google’s recent design refresh of YouTube performs worse on Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

The accusation, which was posted on Twitter, suggests that YouTube’s webpages load five times slower in Firefox and Edge compared to Chrome.

repro steps for Safari:

Youtube open chesi...load up a video.

Make the video Full screen.

Now try to increase the system volume using the hard keyboard button.

the video automatically goes back to web page version...full screen exit aipotadi...

safari is still ok man, ekkuva mandi vaadaru. But google vaadi YouTube ni ila cheyatam is too much.

Apple vadu emi takkuva tinale...

try to install chrome on very old Macbooks...ur CPU will be running up at peak loads...crashing the system..

im talking about 2011-2013 versions of Macbook Pros...just to force users to refresh their systems if they want to use fancy latest stuf..

safari lo i am using old layout/UI ki oka extension add chesanu may be anduke slow aiyndi emo anukunna .... YT gadu kavali ane ila chesthunnadu annamata .....

Doesn't matter evadi product vaadi istam. Mozilla should stop this ducking accusations and create some Video sharing website themselves Ntrdance9_zps129471a7.gif

BTW thread starter.... if u r not aware of this..Google is one of the top funder for Mozilla..

and Mozilla lo pani cheste...every year company parties ani..they go all around the world..a dabbul to.

hawaii, Bahamas...etc ani ..all the employees are taken out on company expenses..
