a wife has chex with someone without consent of husband then its a punishable crime in india

whereas husband can have chex with anyone without the consent of wife he is not punishable.

the person who had chex with someone's wife will be punished.

and wife will not be charged in any grounds  

 

  this law in  India is used for protecting the integrity of marriage.

 I think  its now under supreme courts constitutional bench 

whether to scrap the law or make it gender neutral.

 I am sure that most people dont know that there a law in IPC for this kind of situstions

I am strictly talking about the status of women in Punjab.Look at their skewed sex ratio, their feudalistic mindset and other parameters. Aa udhesam thone anna.
