They say they are more dangerous than regular sugar. I'm using Equal from 2-3 yrs  though than sugar. Edo kasta personal satisfaction that i am cutting down sugars.

People who use Splenda and equal are more prone to get diabetes - there was a recent study which was published by the London medical institute . Their suggestion was raw brown sugar

They taste like YUCK !!  Chala teeyaga untayi kada than regular soda ? I hate taste of substitutes unnavatillo equal tastes good but those are dangerous ani kuda talk. They say stevia is better and is leaf extract but adi edchinattu untundi.
