i saw similar incidents and maximum sentences was 3 months and 1 year probation , but that was Chinese guy who is naturalized as citizen , 20 years will be too long , i think due to his immigrant status they will be very strict on this guy 

Better be careful when you fly especially sitting beside women , also i am surprised why his wife allowed him to sit beside her , rather than her sitting beside her.
