H4EAD should have been given to candidates who are 6 yrs past on H1 with AC21 extensions, the moment they gave it to all 140 approved itself was a death knell to be removed later, the moment is now

unless one crosses 6 yrs on H1, they are still classified as non immigration as they have not invoked AC21 which mandates that candidate can get extensions beyond 6 yrs as his has valid 140 petition

If past adhayakshudu has given EAD's to principal candidates in 2015, 2011 vallaki EAD's already undevi, they moved the dates and rescinded again, lawsuit was lost on simple grounds
