good to have anta for peace of mind ki .... in case future lo builder violated/do any fraud ......this insurance money will cover attoney fee/charges  ..... 

when you are buying $250k+ home its good to leave 900 and have peace of mind paperwork ki

thats is a fixed cost to be paid by the lender to another entity, it can go as high as 2500 in texas
