CPT - H1b - Full Time (Strange Situation)

Hello Guys,

I'm currently in such a strange situation.

I'm on my CPT (2nd Masters), working as a contractor with XX Employer.

Recently got a full time position with YY Firm (Pharmaceutical Company) IT Side only - Good Pay and benefits.

 

***Here's the situation, my H1b got picked with my current employer and its in RFE Stage, Apart from that one more application is also picked with some other company (Status : still its in received only).

 

 

I'm interested in opting full time.

Please provide your valuable suggestions...

How to handle it, if my h1b is approved with any of the contracting companies.

tell manager..tht .

your h1b has been applied by a current employer. and I am bound to him for like 3-6months.

I will take FTE after that. also.. I thank you for offering me the FTE. except for this contract with my employer for 3 or 6 months..there is nothin else stopping me from taking the FTE. 

please consider this request

Nee question lo clarity ledhu. FT vaditho dheni meedha work cheddam anukuntunnav CPT meedha na? Ala chesthe malli next year H1 quota lo vaadi through file cheyyali ga? Akkada pick avuthundho ledho telidhu, ayeena kooda next October dhaka CPT status maintain cheyyagalava? Best option aithe nee rendu H1 applications lo edanna approve ayee, Oct 1st nundi adhi valid ayyaka 1-2 paystubs ochaka then ask your FT company to process your H1-B transfer.

you have to either choose between H1 or FT. If they are willing to wait until your H1 is sorted then lucky u

Yes bro, CPT meeda anukuntunna. Can maintain CPT untill next year..

h1b di best option current unna situation lo , I totally agree with you... But if they are denied in current situation .

 

(Deny enduku antunna ante naaku application previous job meeda pick aindi - Currently I'm working for different company)

I dont think they might wait untill its approved, as its time taking process..

if 50-50 chance aithe FT maripoyi next year H1 vesuko.... or else ippudu RFE submit chesi ... premium processing sep 10 ki start avuthe .... 15 days lo result telisipothundi .... h1 approve aithe employer tho undi malli jump kottu .... if h1 deny aithe FT ki convert ayi next year h1 esuko....

whatever happens next.. chuskovachu later. verey chota h1 approve aitey.. u can put transfer

50-50 chances ee, as USICS relationship prove chesuko ani RFE lo mentioned(by providing all documents which i sent at initial submission)..

Let us suppose oka 2 months taruvatha h1b approve aithe, i would be going under the Contracting company payroll, appudu FTE nunchi oka 2 months bayatiki velli ravalsi vasthadi...

Ide feasible aa ani thinking...

you have to check with that FT company and your employer .... mee employer gadu antha easy ga neeku h1 copy ivvakapovachu appduu ....

approve avagaaney transfer pettesko...

query padochu since no pay checks and all...but that is the risk u shd take.

oka vella query padi transfer process avaledhu anukoo... atleast u can stay with your employer with the approved h1 and workout cheyochu emo to see what u can do ani..

best is wait until h1 is approved. then 2 months pay roll run ainaaaka.. jump to FTE.
