CPT - H1b - Full Time (Strange Situation)

They(FTE) Wont wait untill that time..

3 weeks to a month is max what they can wait from now...

ippatikaite aa 2 H1s lalo edo okati approve ayyelaga try chey.. once approval vachaka nee istam vachina company ki vellochu..

Rendu bisket ayyai anuko, appudu client ki cheppu, I can join on ceepeetee but h1 file cheyyali next year ani

Hello Guys,

I'm currently in such a strange situation.

I'm on my CPT (2nd Masters), working as a contractor with XX Employer.

Recently got a full time position with YY Firm (Pharmaceutical Company) IT Side only - Good Pay and benefits.

 

***Here's the situation, my H1b got picked with my current employer and its in RFE Stage, Apart from that one more application is also picked with some other company (Status : still its in received only).

 

 

I'm interested in opting full time.

Please provide your valuable suggestions...

How to handle it, if my h1b is approved with any of the contracting companies.

I was in the same situation 3 years ago. I was actually worst than urs. My 2nd masters also done, which means my CPT also ending. I interviewed and accepted full time and told then I have h1. once they connected to HR I told then I still have to receive my H1 copy, they waited and transferred H1B before October 1st.

Looks like your in your situation h1b was approved. But in Mine its in RFE stage and another application status not yet updated..
