Director level . It depends on company and profile kuda.  Nenu cheppina case H1b case 250k. Citizens ayite inka 250+ em anta vinta kadu. 

I don't understand how people become directors so easily at that young age. I couldn't go anywhere and still working as contractor though i wrote certifications, learned new technology stack and keep on upgrading. May be i lack exposure.

Normal companies lo yes. But directors at big 4 make that much easily.
