I did those kind of stuff in my prev projects and was given opportunity having management certifications. Not every one gets same kind of opportunities . Evi unna kuda director avvadam kashtam unless ur FT , has right boss who can help you to grow up the ladder and also sometimes should be able lo play politics . Quote
