Common in those companies.. 300k will be TC. Base ll be 160-200k.. 15-20% Yearly bonus. RSUs add major value (no less than 100) and will vest over 4-5 years

I don't understand how people become directors so easily at that young age. I couldn't go anywhere and still working as contractor though i wrote certifications, learned new technology stack and keep on upgrading. May be i lack exposure. :(

Timing is what matters... meaning, entering a company during the growth phase of the company and showing your impact at the right time.

you need to talk business ; you should be able to talk tech stuff to non tech people with ease. ppt ivvagalagali , 25 ni 75 chupinchali and ofcourse a bit of luck - being at the right place at right time.

I did those kind of stuff in my prev projects and was given opportunity having management certifications.  Not every one gets same kind of opportunities . Evi unna kuda director avvadam kashtam unless ur FT , has right boss who can help you to grow up the ladder and also sometimes should be able lo play politics .

200k is easy man.. only a talentless person will earn less than 100k these days..
