I don't understand how people become directors so easily at that young age. I couldn't go anywhere and still working as contractor though i wrote certifications, learned new technology stack and keep on upgrading. May be i lack exposure.

my product manager is a ABCD with MBA from a top univ and she is barely 29 years old.

Bigger picture ni understand chesukovadam and analyze how smaller parts will impact in bigger level annadhi key ani maa manager oka sari cheppadu.

There are alpha earners in this world. IT lo job chesthu 200k above raavadam is something special. There are people who get offered those amounts, but these guys had a lot going for them.

I'm a graduate from IIT. 11 years exp. Still making 92k in Orlando. :(. My friends who are making close to 200k are the ones who got MBA from good univ and were super smart and hardworking.

I'm not in IT. If I want to move into IT and make more but the stupid GC backlog. My PD is in 2013. So no hopes for another 20 years.
