Hownis this possible? Advantages enti ee jobs valla.. they seem to be very low paying

I am doing federal contract from a year that too 6c clearance not public trust so what? Edo mars ki vellinattu asking ..

I am talking about fulltime. Contracting I know they pretty much give market rates.

Fulltime with federal lo pension untadhi kada .. no 401k ..pension ante nee contribution antha vaaadu contribute chesthadu and puts it in bonds. Health insurance unlimited untadhi.

No need for 401k when you have pension. 401k lo contribution from employer will never equal pension match. If u contribute max of 18k to 401k and your employer gives 10k even then it is not equal to pension ani antunna. 15k mandatory cut unte pension lo they will contribute close to 24k towards your pension fund. In terms of that it is very beneficial.
