In the news I posted, Supreme Court gave the full power for TN assembly to decide the fate of Rajiv Gandhi killers

and now we have TN governor sending TN's decision to Home ministry.. For what? 

This means India is not a federal republic, but a feudal enterprise, with delhi as the ruler of all states.

Isn't it the other way around ? If the decision of sentencing is left to the state itself, isn't it anti-feudal ?

Except SC should have given it to TN HC instead of assembly which has ample no. of drama artists.

lol. the case was filed by TN govt, because center blocked the release of Rajiv Gandhi's killers the first time. 

Since TN govt won the case, they are free to take their decision. SC was not giving free unsolicited advice to irrelevant parties.
