Client is offering $110K + Benefits. ok cheyyacha?

Don't even think about moving to Bay Area with that Pay. How many years of experience you have? 110k is Fresher Pay in Bay Area. Senior level position with 8+ years of experience is getting minimum $160k+ Base. Your total compensation including Base+Yearly bonus+RSU's/Equity must be at least  $200-220k. If not you can't survive here.

Like salary and Living exp with one kid? Pros and cons?

Position: Java Dev.

FTE.

110k in Bay area is like 60k in Dallas or Atlanta. .Take it only if you don't have any other option.. Remember 1 bedroom area you have to pay at least $2500 to $3000. Tax will be close to 35 to 40% after 10% CA income tax. Half of your income you will spend in rent, another half in groceries, gas, car insurance, utilities etc. End of the day you will not save anything. You will live month to month..
