Infact I want to happen in 2 hours but 1 day I can give you as gift ani kullu joku !!

Naa loveda it’s not only desi it tella managers and ftes also manager works 4 months wfh only comes once in month no issue if I ask once in a week he makes it big he even denied my vacation but accepted later office ki late ga vastuna ani complained to me 1 week lo notice ichi jump

 2 hours vadni chesivvamanu, ilanti narcissistic bosses no handle cheyalentey , you need good strategy. Make sure you have proofs every time he has a conversation with you. build up trust with your collegues and your buisness owners.

This situation was created by contractors who quote 4 -10 times the amount of time needed for each task just to extend the project and get more money
