Being a contractor cant do anything valla boss ki cheppina em upayogam undadu. All you can do is look for another project and move . I worked in similar environment and did the same.

Thanks @Amrita  butWith USCIS and Amendments all this pressure its really scary to move around in USA now !! Problem is the mangers and client side workers are all are H1B's only. When working with white managers usually some what relaxed like project deadline 6 months nunchi 9 months avudhi or some challenging game that also fine, but here desis they dont risk like using innovative features because of job fear might be and also 6 months ante 3 months lo finish chepinchi client side yedo prove chesukunamanukotaru!! or inko 1000$ incentive perugudhi next year anukontaru

if your job quote is 2- 2.5 times normal than ftes u need to take this.

More pressure on contractors. 

But some managers ni chusa doctor appointment & comp offs ki flexibke untaru 

I did contract jobs with 3 month extensions for 45 months

Correct but think of a solution. Do you have any other choice? Should live with it or get out of it.
