I dont know how many times the middle layers are eating but all I know is in Hand I am getting paid by 30% less than the FTEs for sure !!

Its not our choice its just lack of jobs !! If I get FTE of my domain I dont wait a second, very limited FTE jobs and if any 1 job falls there are 100 applicants and also the client wants green card of citizen antadu!! But mean time vellu pekoni tintaru!! Are contractor hy ray kali math chodna anukontu.
