Beer is bacteria pee (excuse me, but putting it bluntly). It is the waste product when you feed the bacteria/yeast their favorite food--sugar. You feed them sugar, they pee out alcohol. Ever wonder why it looks like urine.(for your science freaks, bacteria do not have the Kreb's Cycle). Pure biology, straight and simple. Distilled spirits, are when we concentrate that pee to a higher power. Then we drink it. Crazy world.....ain't it.
