Both part of the same greater metro noo FW lo taxes are 3.01, Irving lo 2.61-2.78 FW lo upscale areas are in the north and some in the west, companies are are logistics/distribution based FW is not as rich as Dallas, although they both fall under same Metro area 2 times cheap kadu kaani, 30% cheap Irving is central to entire DFW, home to many companies and awesome connectivity, thats what drove the prices up Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
