2. infant kid broke his arm accidentally (they didnt noticed it) 

3. Arm got swollen and when taken to local hospital they rejected to treat the baby and referred govt hospital

4. Finally some x hospital admitted the baby along with calling Cop's on negelecting baby's health.

5. Baby went to foster care and parents went to jail

 

This happened long back and now the parents received bail.

From the article it seems like they are afraid of medical bills and if insurance will cover them etc , sad , they should have gone ahead with the treatment , providers here usually overcharge and amount due can be negotiated after the treatment , anduke vayya , take good insurance and check your out of pockets and exclusions etc

Aina , Child ki neppi ga unte its best to go for hospital and get properly treated , looks like there was some negligence there
