Except tech and some end clients , remaining all big mnc consultancies,desi consulatancies,staffing companies etc wont wait till h1 transfer is complete instead ask us to join on receipt number kada. 

In current situation joining on receipt no is too risky as chances of denial is more . how people are switching companies  ? 

For suppose receipt no meeda join avta ani commitment ichi , transfer process start chesinaka ,noo nenu approve iyinake vasta ante em chestaru ?

Transfer chances levu.. Stay put in your job until March 2019.. I backed out recently from an offer.. I was planning to move to Contracting from FT.. $100/hr rate but transfer risky ani backed out..

Premium lo file chesina Rfe pade chances unay kada. In that case it will take more than a month. Will companies wait till approval?

I think so .. general ga FT antene time taking process .. couple of months pattudhhi h1 ni hiring antene.. inko onemonth wait chestharane anukuntunna
