I have approved 140 from employer A - Dec 2013 priority date 

My current H1b with employer B was processed by Vermont service center 2 years back and i am up for an extension now. I fall in this category "Extensions of H-1B status with the same employer and no change in circumstances". 

can i file for a premium processing h1b extension from USCIS Nebraska Service Center or will we have any issues.
