try intermittent fasting.. you can skip breakfast.. only black coffee/ tea without creamer sugar thagali if you want.. aa 8 hour window lo kummey whatever you eat. but less carbs more protein/fast helps.. as you feel ok in the morning.. ekkuva carbs aithe you get hungry in the morning.

vaadu edo cheppadu chanthadu antha story. you have to eat less (calorie deficit) + breathe more (cardio) + move more (cardio or whatever exercise).. = weight loss

adento naaku telvadhu.. intermittent fasting is a concept where you starve for 16 hours.. eat in 8hrs window.. nothing to do with diet

Brother coconut Oil or Ghee works well if you are planning keto, have eggs and chicken cooked in coconut oil or ghee, Avocados etc you will get  coconut oil in costco. Also reduce the meal intervals as freinds chepinatlu. With cocunut oil or ghee in the morning you dont feel hungry,. Please dont snack in between insulin will release. Dont make cheat days you will be out of ketosis. Also first 3 days lo just water weight potadi dont be excited continue.Only problem is for 6 days I tried it works very well but tarvatha carbs cravings start avutayi like almost you will get biryani, dosa idli in dreams :) , i give up so main thing lies in resisting carbs for 2 to 3 weeks , to see real effect of ketosis

ante may be longterm , but for 7 days I tried with no or little carbs, chala energized and active ga untadi . Also cramps leg pains etc are gone. If cocunut oil is problem Ghee home made with Grass fed butter. ONly problem with coconut oil is when cooked mana telugu valaki smell koncham ibbandi ga untadi. As that has lauric acid you can feel the difference just try once , if cocunut oil is problem try bullet proof coffee (same mct oil in cocunut but processed not natural) you dont need carb filled breakfast to start your day one coffee will keep you running

Okay! Similarly there is also a concept of 5:2. 5 days eating calories counted to maintainence  and 2 days BMR calories.

BCAA not needed. Its waste of money unless you are vegetarian. Even for veggie ppl BCAA is trash.
