BCAA not needed. Its waste of money unless you are vegetarian. Even for veggie ppl BCAA is trash.

The same content of leucine, valine what  you need for the day to spike muscle protein synthesis , you will get it from protein shakes and other protein sources like eggs, milk, chicken etc. So you wouldn't need BCAA separately. They aren't cheap either.

No, go with whey protein instead. That's good enough. If you don't eat meat there is another equivalent alternative, unless you are into bodybuilding or powerlifting I won't suggest it. Its way cheaper than BCAA. You can place your bets on whey protein.

Mana Tatha muttathalu chesinatlu cheste anni set avuthayi..

They used to eat Millets and consume Ghee/butter/Cream. They ate twice a day and worked a lot. They never had processed food in restaurants and they told us not to consume alcohol.

Our ancestors identified the benefits of Coconuts and fruits and suggested we use it at temples as an offering to god and eat it as a must (in the form of prasadam).

i lost weight just by eating less and try to be more active.. research on calorie deficit.. you should ]take less carbs usually.. try to avoid carbs at night.. or very less.. lunch nee ishtam.. this process takes months unlike keto.. changes are slow, but good tyhing is few cheat days cheyagane weight em change avadhu fast ga..,

i eat only 3 egg omelette with some cheese for dinner.. or chicken turkey curry chesthe very light ga white rice.. ekkuva curry... also brown rice tho pedha vachedem ledhu..adoka midya.

Have you ever heard of a book called "Good Calories, Bad Calories"? If not I high recommend getting a copy of it from your local library and giving it a read. Also read about "The China Study" also by the same author I believe, Gary Taubes. It's one of the most important books about food and nutrition in the last 100 years.

The gist of it is that not all calories are the same. Eating fats or protein doesn't trigger the same hormonal response as eating something like say donuts triggers in your body, and fat storage works very differently if you were to primarily subsist on a fat and protein based diet compared to a high carbs diet even if the calorific content in terms of the number of calories were to be the same between the two approaches.

So eat less move more, calorific deficit theories are mostly pretty outdated. Not that they won't work at all, they just aren't the most efficient ways to make the goal of weight loss, gain muscle work.

Ghee/Butter/Cream is fine, but consuming fruits all the time everyday isn't any helpful at all. Fruits are overrated in comparison to vegetables actually, although fruits do have some beneficial minerals and vitamins(micronutrients) you don't have to consume them everyday.

Esp be aware of consuming non seasonal fruits, for further information read "The Plant Paradox" and you will understand why eating fruits the way we do these days is harmful(consuming non seasonal fruits year round due to availability).
