Dinner ki mundu oka roju tennis, inko roju road bike ledante gym ila alternate chestha kastha BCAA with pre workout shake taagi potha to give me some tingles. Intikochaka kummiyo 4 hours lo full eating/beating, but dessert ga oka cup hima cream kooda bhakshistha every 3-4 days ki oka sari. So weekly 2 small cups of hima creams.
