Nenu no breakfasts no snakes vuncle direct attack dinner. Dinner ki mundu oka roju tennis, inko roju road bike ledante gym ila alternate chestha kastha BCAA with pre workout shake taagi potha to give me some tingles. 

Intikochaka kummiyo 4 hours lo full eating/beating, but dessert ga oka cup hima cream kooda bhakshistha every 3-4 days ki oka sari. So weekly 2 small cups of hima creams.

matter enti ante family history of diabetes so I don’t want to take risk of being diabetic so I eat carefully ofcourse once in a while I go eating spree but when I am cooking at home morning eggs n coffee

This has been my diet for few months now. Koncham lazy low carb trying, slow results but dont feel craving for food. 

 

Breakfast: scrambled egg(3) with squash

Black coffee with little half n half and stevia

Lunch: chicken or turkey curry, vegetable stir fry(coconut oil) and make it into sandwich with bread

Snack/Drink: Diluted buttermilk 

Dinner: chicken nuggets, strawberry milkshake (sometimes) with stevia

Aa 13-15% daggara I hit plateau trying to beat it.

Once I reach my goal I take break uncle in the sense I start eating carbs once in a day and but check weight regularly if I think I am putting a lb extra I cut back carbs I need to do this at least a year and build muscle a lot 

good thing is I did not lose at least a lb of muscle my muscle percentage is 40 percent now aiming for 44 percent above

Uncle cut milk shake and hit gym every 5 days I hit at least 6 days

Yes uncle I need to maintain this at least for 2 to 3 years ado prabhas la kaka poina atleast normal ga anna vundali
