Naa current bodyfat percentage 21, Army ollu measure chesaru so that's very accurate. Naaku around 15 percent ravalani korika. Weight within limit with slight deviation(2 lbs over the limit) so adi pedda problem kaadu but I love eating some sugary foods esp ice cream. Keto ice cream ani okati Halo Top ani try chesa bokka la undi.

Uncle 21 is not bad you are 5 percent over the limit thresh hold is 14 to 17 for fitness person

matter enti ante family history of diabetes so I don’t want to take risk of being diabetic so I eat carefully ofcourse once in a while I go eating spree but when I am cooking at home morning eggs n coffee 

madyanam chicken 

evening fish n 100-200gms rice ante
