what factors/risks to consider when working for 2 clients but only 1 employer. 

My employer is okay but paycheck motham run chesta antunadu.

any suggestions ?

As long as you are working for same employer, I dont think there is any risk. 

 

I am not sure if you have to file one more LCA as I assume both employers are in same location.

US lo thumb rule never work for only one client on H1 but maintain only one employer.

 

Never in my 8years Of H1 I worked for one client, always it’s been for 2 almost 70% and 3 clients rest 25% and 5% ie almost 8 months I worked for 4 clients as well !

One on site and rest remote or occasional travel. Pay in India or used to run on OPT guys( cousins or friends brother/sister)

Have been working on 2-3 clients for past 3 years with same employer. Money teskovadame koncham painful ...I do these...

All laptops sit at home, I control them from my personal laptop using hot spot
