Looks like the degree is important, Ma company is not sponsoring for any BA, QA or Managers. I applied by extension on Sept 12th and approved in like 5 days.

I think all depends on the documentation. Naadi last week 3 years approval ochindi working for the same client since almost 2 years now, but attorney case papers baaga strong ga pettadu ani telisindi.

Don't be discouraged guys, edi jarigithey adi jarugutundi. I was ready to pack up and leave to Canada if the extension hadn't come through.

Reason for denial - job not specialty enough, job duties don't match education background. He is on 8th year of H1. From conversation with him he told me that USCIS is now a days specifically targeting people who are on 6+ years of H1.. Not sure how true this is.. But pillalu like I told the denial rate is between 25 to 35% and it doesn't matter if you are FTE, EVC, Doctor or Engineer.. It all depends on the officer you get, the mood he is in and the monthly quota he has to fill.. He is a UNIX admin..

Mee friend dhi H1B Dependent company na ??
