This is life time investment so like to be careful please throw some light on purchasing land in Hyd no one has time to go and see the land on daily basis!! Will bank gives 80% loan? so i can downpayment 20%, let me know your experiences !! TIA. Quote

What ever the auctioned amount, you need to deposit 10% EMD and then you will be given normally three installments to clear the amount and title gets registered. After this stage, you can get a loan but if it’s a vacant plot, you can mortgage but may not get a ‘loan’ you are looking for. Quote
