Thanos Posted October 1, 2018 Report Posted October 1, 2018 I gained a lot of weight in the recent years , started feeling bad due to some incidents , was a wake up call when I started reading news of guys being 30+ collapsing left , right and center , I know I will be next if I don't take care of my health , so that became my number one priority , yeah even more than work I think diets are too hard to follow , I certainly won't be able to keep up though started going to gym 5 days a week , 1 hour at least , dropped a few pounds , feeling happier but not yet satisfied , want to reduce my weight even more. 2 days of week for other activities/shopping/family time. Sugar intake reduce chesa like soft drinks , coffee etc , sometimes I just can't resist so I started taking them in small quantities like 100-150ml (earlier I used to drink a good 300-500ml ) cakes , sweets , ice cream ilantivi anni chala reduce chesa , taking office stairs daily , life insurance employer isthadu , will definitely increase it some 2x more next year financial awareness improve chesukuntunna , thinking about how to setup other income avenues etc in long run , once they are done I believe I will have less stress so striving towards that goal maa dad eppudu cheptharu , even if things doesn't work out for you in us , come to India back , we have our own house and you/family still can stay , parents both get pension so they sometimes say we will take care of you funny ga anipistundi but it also takes some stress off my mind , I know I can always go there with family and be with them so there's that I think limited stress undali mind sharp ga undataniki lekapothe life assalu exciting ga undadu , kani over ga thinking/worrying doesn't help anyone though , my 2 cents Quote

Try to remove all sugary stuff, motham set ayyidhi. Donuts cakes sugary Costco biscuits soft drinks anni lepey. Literally, you will see change in months Coffee lo vese aa konchem sugar fine. Ee soft drinks lo sugar grams chudu peaks lo untadhi. Reduce carbs in dinner. No rice no chapati. Just 3 eggs tho omlette with light cheese or I cook patties in skillet and eat with hamburger bun(its also carbs).. Quote
