Kool_SRG Posted October 3, 2018 Report Posted October 3, 2018 In an act surprising many, Puducherry chief minister V Narayanasamy who took part in Swachhta Hi Seva campaign, got his hands dirty. He got into a choked drain armed with a spade in his hands. This incident took place at a market in Saram. Narayanasamy launched the mass cleaning campaign and he asked for cleaning gloves, removed his footwear and started cleaning the blocked drain. The official who accompanied the CM were taken aback by this act. The CM Narayanasamy shared the video in his official Twitter handle and it went viral in no time. Well, none of the politicians or chief ministers has ever done this and Narayanasamy deserves a applause. 'Swachhata Hi Seva' was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for generating greater public participation towards cleanliness. Quote
