I'm struggling with these customer support guys for last 2 weeks (always ask me to go to that speed test and ping test which always go thru fine). customer service asking me just now to move each device 2 ft away from each other. i got what you saying. will go and buy the new wireless phone & modem this weekend. ya i have iguess 2.4G phone now.
