background on cs (ms) , need options - alternatives to reopen, edi chivari avaksam.

any suggestions are welcome. help needed

Sadly you need to leave the country ASAP even if you file an MTR provided your opt or whatsoever status expired.

its simple if you approved and you stay back 

if you are denied you leave.

nee opt extn expiry ayinda?

ipudu nee status emiti OPT or cap gap? Capgap ayithe leave the country.

CPT college default option if u are in opt.

opt is still valid until next year, but my main concern is how to reopen this case ?

i know my employer took a worst attorney and sent RFE with 7 papers, which is a idiotic thing i have seen.
