In house ante mostly RFE or denial. Desi employers cannot defend. Join a good college and don't take 1st day CPT. Employer to manage cheyinchuko payroll if you just want to continue working. You will mess up again next year if you take 1st day CPT. MTR open chesina i doubt it as desi consultancy ayite defend cheyadam inhouse chala kashtam unless they really have a in-house project.
