i know my employer took a worst attorney and sent RFE with 7 papers, which is a idiotic thing i have seen.  

In house ante mostly RFE or denial. Desi employers cannot defend. Join a good college and don't take 1st day  CPT. Employer to manage cheyinchuko payroll if you just want to continue working. You will mess up again next year if you take 1st day CPT. MTR open chesina i doubt it as desi consultancy ayite defend cheyadam inhouse chala kashtam unless they really have a in-house project. Ma company lo 3 cases Ramineni law firm deal chesindi MTR/ New application to they got approved but avi in house projects kavu. If you want to talk to him just do so. Speciality occupation RFE's mastu deal chesadu including mine this year.
