Reason abaddalu cheppakkarle, just be honest and tell them as it is. That you prefer staying closer to the East Coast and since you got another project in TN you would rather take that one up. Edichi gee pedatharu rendu rojulu aa taravatha they will find someone else. All lite. 

No one is irreplaceable, today they will replace us with humans tomorrow with humanoids. So it's all cool.

PO vachindi e roje and paperwork over. I have to join there on 29th. 

Is it unprofessional on my part to just take up Tennessee project ani alochistunna as Utah manager was skeptical if i would move and this came up 2-3 times with vendor. Interview taruvata kuda she confirmed that i am ok with relocation before they did paperwork.  Both same rate aey. Only thing is Tennessee project i am interested as it can go FT and easy move as i already live in east coast . Prime vendor kuda tidatademo if i give hand ani thinking as i told 100% join avuta ani as appudu that's only project i had in hand.  I appreciate suggestions.

Ilanti situation couple of times face chesa, naku kuda chala un ethical ga anipinchedi endukanta manaku job kavali anukunnappudu first offer ravataniki chala convince chestam when we speak to concerned people...First time appudu naku kavalsindi ee select chesukunna(2nd offer).. next time job market lo unnappudu multiple jobs ravoddu ani korukunevadini..malli alaage ayyindi and eventually picked 2nd offer. You jus gotta pick the best one.
