Renew ani tick cheyali...no problem if u renew it after one year

I think renewal e avtadi, call them and ask.

I renewed it after 2-3 months after expiration

I don’t know currently what’s the present situation...you can post the same in trackitt website under h4 EAD or search on that site

You can do it as renewal or new too.. but I guess things will be easy for renewal..You dont need to worry about expiry or gap on old h4-ead as you dont need to maintain any status of h4-ead itself. If the person is on valid h4 all the time, you can apply as renewal. Just attach a explanation letter about the gap and the reason you selected as renewal so you could avoid RFE and wasting another month or so in process.

Thank you. Vallu adagakamunde explanation letter avi petti over documentation pedithe manake problem right. AS long as we did not work in that gap it should be fine right. Previous expired h4ead card scan copy pedthe chalu kada and check the renewal box in application

H4-EAD renewal is easy. In the worst case, they will ask you a question and you can send documents.

h4-ead case lo more info inchana vaccha nastam emi ledhu. There is no reason to deny h4-ead application..it will save some time instead of getting RFE and all. If you have time in hand, then just apply with out letter.
