There is no prime vendor in this case I will work directly with client for 6 months contract... ila chesina vallu evaraina telusa

u can do it - you can ask the employer/client to run 1099 for you. or already vere vaalaki work chesthunte, mee employer peru meedha cheque theesukoni, mee employer ni pay cheyamani cheppu neeku.

you can ask client to pay directly to you and year end ki nuvvu tax lu kattali anukunta but not sure.

As per google research nenu kuda ade anukuntuna m.. but issues emaina untaya ani doubt bro

Client won’t pay taxes ani cheppesadu bro he will just pay me based on invoices

ofcourse he won't pay taxes - ask him to simply run 1099 (C2C) for you, and you will report  this in your tax filing.

No issues - h4 ead advantage adhe; u can work directly for anyone.
