Help needed..received CP40 form from IRS

2 days back mail box lo letter vachindi from collection agency (Pioneer credit anta) for overdue taxes in 2013 and 2014. I filed taxed through AO tax during that time and received some refund as they did itemized claiming some expenses...Collection agency ki call chesthe 10.5k taxes overdue antunnadu...Its not a scam as that collection agency is listed in IRS website. Anybody landed in this situation? 10k ante too much amount kada not able to sleep man.

IRS mails ki respond avvaledemo nuvvu. Anduke collection agency ki pampi vuntaru. Nee old address ki vellinayemo mails.

May be true.. 2 years back new address ki move ayyam.. but why is IRS collecting it back? Itemized cheyyadam vallana? 2013 lo ayithe asala 7 months job ee ledu and no payroll

Itemized cheyinchina dhaniki proofs adigi vuntadu, aa letter nee old address ki velli vuntadhi, no response avvatledhu kabatti collection agency ki handover chesaduu. Maa friend ki ayyindhi back 2015 loo but luckily badu same address lonew vunnardu respond ayyadu.
