That attitude is not seen in Telangana...that doesn't mean Telangana is inferioir. 

It is just that 300 years of segregation and suffering under nizam rule ..

Going by your logic..rayalaseema is much worst than telanagana in terms of crops and budget but their literacy rates are much higher than telangana

First of all topic here is, past stats pina present govt ni blame cheyyadam correct  aa ani? I said a valid reason and you started going off-topic, still I can respond as below...

1. Telangana lo resources ki kodhava ledhu...( Nakka gadiki HYD lo resources develop chesam ani cheppukune hakku ledhu, he can claim he brought opportunities instead)

2. Problem was with utilization of resources and fairness in sharing.
