Keep salads etc in office fridge worst case lo u can eat them and they are healthy too.

Make dosas and take them. Peanut chutney is healthy and has only oil from tampering. Dosa oil spray to chesukunte chala takkuva oil aey padutndi. Inka conscious ayite non stick dantlo first dosa ki oil use cheste 2-3 you can make without oil easily. You can make oat meal dosa with urad dal to reduce rice portion used. 

You can make tomato rice, pulav's , schezwan fried rice etc  substituting rice with quinoa. They taste almost the same and healthy too. 

Make panner sandwiches . Bread office lo pettuko. Panner, onion slices, bell pepper slices, pachi mirchi chopped, little salt, coriander, chat masala  get in a box 2 days ki oka sari from home. Grill untundi ga office lo make panner sandwich. Good fat and healthy. You can make panner at home too. Its dead easy. 

Inka kavalante cheppu alochinchi will let u know. I make the above  for my lunch/box . *n$

My cheap and guilty lunch is Turkeyand provolone Sandwich at Costco

atleast 2-3 times thintaa month lo 3.99 ki the best lunch i can find near work

will loook into it..usually i eat omlette and i make sandwich ..rice thakkuva..but often i cook chicken or ground turkey curry..appudu rice or phulkas.. i eat for 2 nights curry chesthe... i cook for myself as my schedule is busy..students laaga needi eroju turn lanti sh1t can't..

digest cheskovadaniki time padthadi nee list.. chicken curry, ground turkey curry ive manaku telusu.. i eat beef too.. i cook patty and cheese melt. pickles..sauce in hamburger bun.. adhi lunh ki pattukelthe ela untadhi as it will be cold..

naa daily lunch from last 7 years office cafe or outside restaurants .. i skipped lunch thursday friday and today due to work and meetings... so frustrated as hell.
