normally they quote a price but many people dont neogtiate...but the reality, you can negotiate and knock down the price..

in April 2018, my wife travelled from LAx to Hyd via Etihad, entie business class for $2600....listing price was $5000, skylux offered for $4000 and eventually bargained got a deal for $2600. 

Again April was a off season and might have got such a rate....but look out for sch bargain services...there are many players in the market now.

well, these guys are basically business tickets brokers....they buy miles in bulk from the frequent flyer programs, then bargain the empty seats on flights and sell it over for a premium less than quoted proce...

It was in April 2018, My wife one way was economy and return was business class on etihad and we paid $2600. 

Usually these brokers deal with many airlines...
