its not about the activity its about your food portion and quality of food your taking in... activity is just a bonus.... correct amount of carbs protien and fats tesuko.... for sure you will get it down.... monthly once you can cheat if you have to but for that day eat what you can in 1 hour.... antey and then get back to portion control...

na collegue cheshadu same ne height ye and ne weight ye... 2months lo 154 ayyadu and looking good ..  veerachamani oh edho diet foolow ayyadu rice total cut down cheshadu chicken grill with seasalt mana regular food lo seasalt and no spices at all .... seriously full tahgadu malli nirasam ga ledu ...active ganey unadu
