No rice or carbs. Eat a lot of protein. 

Eat only protein and drink water at night. Eat at 6:00. Force yourself to sleep by 9:00 by taking melatonin at night. Take vitamin tablets to balance the loss of nutrition.

7.8 in 10 days 😳...ne schedule cheppu ...I’m dying to loose 20 lbs ...but very hard ...okka lbs koda not reducing nor gaining ..very irritating

veermachineni  diet alias indian version of keto diet ...gooogle cheyyi full vatshayi ...trust me nenu chusina weight reduction lo edhi chala baga undhi .... but very nigraham ga cheyali .... lekunaty ye diet ayina okate...
