Everything in limit bro. Eat Good fat foods ( Nuts, Avacado, Egg(yolk and white) When you feel hungry. They will keep you full for long time so you won't feel hungry. At the same time, break a sweat everyday. (Calories out > calories in ) Like lot of members said in the above posts. Do weights for 30 mins and cardio for 30 mins. Apart from these set and finish that 6000 -8000 steps walking goal. If you are on low carb .do low intensity workouts. Do not burn out yourself by doing high intensity. Be consistent for 1-2 months you will lose weight slowly. At work, Stand up sometimes . Get a stand-up desk at your work. Do not entirely sit and work. Quote
